Spotify premium constant crash and restarts my phone lgg3

Whenever I try to listen to Spotify on my phone it crashes, freezes my phone and I have to do a battery pull. It does it when I'm on Wi-Fi, when I'm streaming, when I'm offline, on my downloaded music, on my personal music and it keeps "undownloadin" my music too

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Just reinstalled now the app won't even open. Just goes to black screen and I've lost 7gb of music 😕

Wait, scatch that, the app has finally loaded, I've lost all my music (over 2000 songs) and it just comes up with a buffering icon on everything I touch.....

I have the same problem.
Sony z3 compact. Android 5.1.1
I reinstalled the app and the problem is still there. Just all my downloads are gone...
This is extremely annoying Spotify!
I have this problem for weeks now. This is really bad for a payed service.

I don't even understand why it started doing this, it was fine then one day boom. Its broken....

Same here! Samsung G530H. Android 4.4.4.

It's more intensive when using offline mode and downloaded musics.

The same occurs when I'm using Chrome Cast TV to listen music. The app stops and/or freezy, and restart my phone.

My phone have the internal memory encrypted. But all offline music is stored in SD card.
