Stuck song not even playing

For the past maybe 48 hours, the web player has been stuck on one song, and has not played anything else. The song that it's stuck on isn't even playing at all. I tried logging out, restarting my laptop, changing my password, and some other things, and they have done nothing.This is the song it's stuck on. See the play button? It won't even let me play the song. I press the other buttons but they just do nothing.

I don't really know what to do, this is the first time this has happened, and I have no idea why this is happening.

Please help!
