Webpage formatting issues.

Hi,

I'm having trouble viewing the Spotify webpage. For quite some time it appears as the photo below. When I try to to to the web player it is a blank, white page, too. I'm using Chrome.

Hey @ky-jonesy,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Hi @LK608,

I have cleared history, cache, and cookies - no luck.

I opened an incognito window - no luck.

I opened Edge and Firefox - no luck.

I'm using a laptop to reach the site, so wifi is my only option.
Other sites (FB, Google, the Spotify community page) - they all display just fine.

Hey @ky-jonesy,

are you on a home or office network? If you're on an office network, it's possible that Spotify is blocked on your connection.

If that's not the case, please try connect to a different network.

And is ISP Windstream, this might be related to this post that's being investigated at the moment.

Hi @LK608,

My ISP is Windstream, so I imagine that is the issue as I am on my home network. Thank you for the help - I'll follow the mentioned thread for, hopefully, updates.
