songs wont play on web browser

They played yesterday and I already tried to log out, in and turn my ad block on and off to see if that was the problem. Turns out it wasn't so I mean if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

There was an update yesterday that apparently messed some stuff up. For me the page loads but when I go to play nothing happens. I too have turned on and off all extensions, refreshed, restart of PC, etc.

This probably needs to be in the web player section instead of desktop.

I would recommend cleaning the cookies and cache. 🙂

If that doesn't give any effect, then you can try doing this:

Pick a random album and click on the three dots. Choose "Copy album link" and paste it on the browser's address bar. Hit Enter.

It should start playing it. If it doesn't yet, try clicking on the Play button on anything.

Another slightly similar method goes like this: Click on a songs/albums/playlist's play button repeatedly and fast and refresh the page whilst carrying on clicking fast. Do it until the page has fully reloaded and then see if you can play music.

(I didn't invent this method myself, some user discovered it and it turned out to be successful...) :')
