Playlist Cover Keeps Disappearing

Something strange happened to one of my playlists recently. One day, out of nowhere, playlist's name and cover picture dissapeared. Playlist was there and it still had all the followers but the name and cover was blank. So I renamed it and uploaded the picture back but the cover picture doesnt appear on anywhere else except my laptop's spotify. What is the reason for this? It is really strange.

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, let's try a quick reinstall. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you which device, operating system, and version of Spotify this is happening on? We'll see what we can suggest.

Hello,

I tried everything you said but It didn't work. Apparently the picture appears when I press the settings icon (the 3 dots on the top) so the upload is succesful but there's something else that I cannot understand.
