Where is the "Download" sign?

Hello,

I am new on Spotify and yesterday I managed to download some songs, but today the sign displaying the possibility of a "Download" is not visible anymore on my page, as you can see on this screenshot:

Couly anyone tell me where is the "Download" symbol and how can it make it appear again? Where can I find all my downloaded files or how is it made visible that they have been downloaded?

That's not cool! You can save your songs for offline listening with the desktop app. You can download it here: spotify.com/download. Here are some steps about listening offline that might help you out here. Let me know how you get on! 🙂

thanks for your answer! It works now with the Desktop and iPhone App, cheers! So if I understood it correctly, it's impossible on the website?

Thank you very much for your reply, now I got it!

I still have a problem : the downloaded songs don't sync between the
computer app and the mobile app. I tried to log out but it does not work 😞

Would you have any suggestions please?

Hmm, just to make sure, is Download turned on both devices? Also, could you send over a screenshot of what's going on? I'd love to take a closer look.

Yes, the Download sign appears on both apps, but the downloaded songs don't
sync automatically, so I have to download them again on the other device.
On the screenshot you can see e.g. the playlist "Nature sounds" is
downloaded on one but not on the other device.
