Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Right now, Spotify requires the Tizen operating system (version 2.3 and above), available on Samsung Smart TVs produced from 2015 onwards.

I suggest making sure your TV's OS is up to date, but you may also need to check your TV's model to make sure it's compatible.

Were you able to check your TV's OS version, and the model? If you have the model number, but you're not sure what year it's from, I suggest reaching out to Samsung.
