Desktop app and phone app not connecting to Facebook/cant add friends

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to connect my account to facebook, however the link from the desktop player to "Find Friends" and connec to facebook isn't working. I've tried to do it from my phone as well, and after I give it permission and tell it to connect, nothing happens and I can't see any of my friends.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with connecting your account to Facebook. No need to worry though, we're definitely here to help.

Did you ever create an account linked through Facebook? If so, you might be having trouble connecting your current account because it's still linked to an old account.

If that's the case, log out and log back in using the Log in with Facebook button. If you're able to access an account, close it by following these steps.

After that, try connecting your account to Facebook following these steps to see if it makes a difference.
