A playlist keeps getting followed by my account

So late yesterday i was working on my pc then suddently my song stops and another song starts playing called Porrstjarne (witch means pornstar in english). Also a playlist keept getting added to my spotify account called " "... nothing, the playlist name seems empty. It's by user "Markus Dakwar" and it got one song in it, porrstjarne. Now i unfollowed the playlist and got very suspicious, i would never listed to any song named that. I though it was a mistake somehow so i stopped it and switched over to what i was listening to earlier.

Then 5 minutes later it stops again and plays porrstjarne yet again. Im only logged into my phone and my computer and they are both right in front of me. The playlist was also back but this time when i clicked the guy who created the playlist it seemed like he had blocked me or something idk, because Spotify was just showing an error at his page.

I logged out of all accounts and resetted my password to a very secure one. Nothing more of this happened this night. I went to bed.

Next day (today) the playlist is back with the same song.

What the **bleep** is going on!?

that's not cool, it shouldn't be possible that any playlist is added to your account without your action. Maybe someone gained access to your account.

that's not cool, it shouldn't be possible that any playlist is added to your account without your action. Maybe someone gained access to your account.
