i install a vpn and started working

but i restart my cumputer and stop working

You don't need to use a VPN to start Spotify.

Try to the open the following site in an incognito window: https://open.spotify.com/.

If this doesn't help, make sure that your browser is up to date.

Could you also try to check if your country settings on this page match the country that your're located in?

Are you able to log into the app with your regular login credentials?
