queue only plays part of my playlist

My Question or Issue

When i play a playlist or all of my songs, the player will only put those songs into the queue, who are near the first played song in the playlist. E.g. if I play "Hells Bells" as first song, the player will only put songs which start with G through maybe J into the queue. I think it is related to the songs not being stored locally, because that is not an option in these players per se.

BUT if I start playing it from my smartphone (where all the files are downloaded) and then play it on the webplayer or Android TV per spotify connect, it plays all the songs, but thats not a solution for me.

Have you tried:

opening the web player in an incognito window
opening the web player in a different browser?
