Problem with opening of app on LG smart tv

My Question or Issue

Hi, I just downloaded Spotify app for my webos lg smart TV, but when I start it l, or whenever I try to open it with the remote connection from my pjone, it get stucked on the Spotify logo (see picture). Can anybody help me?

As this help article explains, we’re changing the availability of the custom app integration on some TVs. If you’re unsure whether your device is affected, we suggest that you check with your device’s manufacturer.

There are other means of listening to your music with your TV, such as Spotify Connect. We suggest that you have a look here for more info.
