Someone using my account through webplayer.

My Question or Issue

Sometimes when I open my Spotify it notify me that my account is playing on webplayer, but I do not use the web player. Besides that, the music playing is from genders I never listen. I already change my password twice and disconnected all the connected devices. The problem keep coming back.
