&lt;P&gt;Certain devices need to be active if you want them to show in the Spotify Connect picker. Perhaps try switching off the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Show local devices only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;setting. This means your app will try to find nearby devices that aren't&amp;nbsp;on the same internet connection as you. Here's how:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Got Premium? Tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Your Library&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Devices&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Switch&amp;nbsp;off&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Show local devices only&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;try Connect again.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Be sure to be logged in with the same Spotify account on your TV.&lt;/P&gt;

Or it's just how Spotify Connect works on Tizen?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
