Car stereo that natively runs Spotify?

Does anyone make a car stereo that natively runs Spotify? Or has anyone got Spotify running on a car stereo that runs android?

Hallo - am also interested in this - any input at the moment ?

I am guessing Android - Lets say LG Nexus 4 via Bluetooth would connect to teh Car stereo . Bluetooth would need to support AVRCP to allow metadata for songs and controls from the car stereo to the spotify android app which needs to support this as well .

Has anyone got this functionality going as yet ?

You could always buy a Volvo 🙂 And yes, AVRCP is sadly lacking at the moment.
