      <title>Can't play music on Amazon Alexa</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plan: Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Country: USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device: iPhone 8, Amazon Echo Dot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Username:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;2dwais7d7dm8f1uqf17m6tjnn&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I linked Alexa to Spotify following these steps in Amazon Alexa app on iPhone:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap the menu in the top-left.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Music&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Link account to Alexa&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Enter Spotify account details.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I ask: "Alexa play music on Spotify" I got the answer: "I can't play Spotify music on that device"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assured that I enter the right username/password in Alexa app and that premium is activated. I can play music from Spotify iPhone app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that I was a premium user before and everything was working then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After some time, I signup again on Spotify and activated premium subscription. And now I can not get it working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marko&lt;/P&gt;</description>
