My Question or Issue

I firmly believe the PS4 Controller had shortcuts to use in Spotify: you could skip songs backwards and forwards with R2 and L2, you could skip to the previous/next track with R1 and L1.

However, I have noticed I can no longer do so - I have to move to the icon on the screen and press the X button to action it. Is this a bug or a removed feature? Maybe this is something I am facing personally.

Any help would be appreciated.

I second this request. It was such a handy feature. I am assuming they removed it worldwide.

I also miss this feature. It is very annoying without the trigger button control!
