spotify tab on playstation quick menu is gone

today there was an update for playstation on ps4 but ever since that update, the spotify tab on my ps4 quick menu is gone and i have to go into the actual app to play music

Thank you for your post.

Can you confirm if you've pressed and hold the PS button to display the quick menu? By selecting Spotify, you can also choose the features that appear on the quick menu.

If that doesn't do the trick - would you mind sending us a recording so that we can have a closer look? That will help us understand more directly what's going on from your end.
