If the device is compatible, we'd suggest you restart both devices and try again. It's also important that the&amp;nbsp;Spotify version and device firmware are up to date.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the device is not compatible, as an alternative you can&amp;nbsp;play&amp;nbsp;songs via Bluetooth.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your your reply, but usual checks have already been done.&amp;nbsp; Roberts Radio say there are no updates available from their end,&amp;nbsp; but I would like to think that Spotify would liaise with equipment manufacturers to iron out any problems with their Spotify Connect App. As I say, all the evidence points to a fault with Spotify Connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's a good idea to try restarting the router and then to try again. If that doesn't do the trick, you can give &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;steps a go and run a clean reinstall. By doing that you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing any issues.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, we'd suggest you try&amp;nbsp;with another account. That way we can check if it's an account-related issue. Does the issue persist?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but as I said all checks carried out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I will just stick with Bluetooth, its tried and tested and never fails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
