i have some prob that i can't play any song on this device cuz its working on my other pc.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

thanks for the help but it didn't work.

i followed the steps and idk what happened i think the prob is on my device cause on my other laptop its working normaly

Could you let us know the specs on the device where the app is not functioning properly - the make, model, OS version and Spotify version? Also, do the songs play properly on the web player and when using another network?

If you could tell us if this started happening after a certain event- such as installing or updating the app, that would also help us get to the bottom of this quicker.
