[WP8] Sync extremely slow

I have a problem with my sync on my WP8 (lumia 620).

It takes hours to sync some playlists for a offline use.

Does someone encounter the same problem ? Is there any solution ?

What Internet speed do you have? Is it Wifi or Mobile network?

I have the same problem on a Lumia 920 on wifi connection of 25 Mbps. Looking at the settings during synch shows the phone using roughly 250 - 300 kbps while synching. Is there a good reason for this?
