My Question or Issue

https://www.spotify.com/bg-bg is translated and localized in Bulgarian language and as a premium customer I quite like it. However, in the players, the translation seems not yet available? Without localization of the player, I cannot select Bulgarian language under Settings > Language

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

Just to confirm, is this only happening in the desktop app or in your phone's app as well? Keep in mind that you can't change the language on the mobile app without changing the language settings of your phone. For more info, check this article.

Additionally, would you mind checking the language settings in your PC as well?

Hey Eni,

Thanks for responding so quickly.

Both my S10e (Android is displayed in Bulgarian) and Win10 (displayed in Bulgarian) do not allow the selection of a Bulgarian language (such is missing) in the respective Spotify app as shown in my screenshot.

Since the website is already localized in this language, it seems Spotify has a team for Bulgarian translation. May I ask you if possible to forward my feedback to the respective localization product manager. Sincere thanks you!

We checked this on our end and it seems that Bulgarian is not yet an available option in the language list of the app settings. However, we can recommend heading to our Ideas board where you can turn your suggestion into an idea and users can vote for it to be implemented in the app. We always take new ideas and feedback into consideration to improve the app. Here you can read more on how ideas work.
