Logging in with Facebook on BlackBerry Bold 9900

My Spotify account is linked to my Facebook login. I can't see an option to do this on the BB app.

I've tried with my email address and password I use to login to Facebook and I just get the loading circle.

I've tried on 3G and WiFi just to rule out a network erroe. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing.

I can't change my APN as it's an Enterprise BB on BES with a specific APN.

Any help appreciated.

Hey @mellor51 🙂

The BlackBerry application doesn't support Facebook authentication, so to log into your Spotify account you will need to retrieve your numerical Spotify username and set a special device password - then use those details to login.

The steps are the same as for Sonos outlined here.
