O Spotify sempre apaga minhas músicas, eu baixo todas elas, e eles apagam de novo, eu sou o usuário do Spotify Premium e quase nunca posso ouvir minhas músicas offline porque o app apaga elas, apaga toda vez que entro, já fiz a desinstalação limpa, já reiniciei, já baixei denovo, já entrei e sai, já atualizei, ja tirei de 2° Plano, já otimizei a bateria, já fiz de um tudo nada resolve.

In case your offline contents get erased you might've encountered an Ongoing Issue that we're currently investigating. Check out this thread and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well.

It'll also be useful to Subscribe in the three-dots menu at the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up-to-date with any relevant updates about this.
