Rename Fire TV

Hi,

I'm using Spotify on my Fire TV Devices.

I noticed that newer Fire TV's are now using the name I entered on Amazon (which is quite nice!)

But I still got two older devices and they just show up with "Amazon Fire TV Gen 3" - but this device even got the new interface update and the name still persists (although I renamed it to "Fire TV Kitchen" on Amazon, e.g.)

Is there anything I can do to finally get rid of this naming problem on older devices too?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Older devices may not support the features required to share the customized name over the network.

What you can try is to do a factory reset of the older devices and update to the latest firmware after that.

thanks, the reset option is not working. I would still appreciate, if spotify uses the feature over all amazon devices.
