Spotify does not work with Voice Assistant on Facebook Portal

I can't get this Facebook Portal to use the voice assistant with Spotify

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, restarting and unplugging the device, resetting the device, and nothing is working. Please help.

First up, we'd suggest that you unlink your Spotify and Alexa accounts > restart your router > link them again by following the steps here.
