How to use 2 Spotify premium accounts on one Alexa echo link through Spotify connect ?

I have a Spotify premium family account which I share with my wife. I have bought an Alexa echo link which I have plugged to our analog amplifier. We want to use Spotify connect through Alexa to listen to our music. The Alexa is configured with my Amazon account

When I am on the WiFi, my wife sees the Alexa on her Spotify and we can easily switch from my songs to hers, but when my phone is not on the WiFi, she can't see the Alexa on her Spotify devices.

Do you know how we can make this work ?
