Playlists don't show up when I login using other devices

My phone just broke and whenever I login on my iPod or other devices it's completely blank. None of my playlists show up or my starred songs... Why is this??? The whole reason I pay for spotify is to be able to play music in the car. Someone help!!!!!

Hello!

Make sure you are logging into the right account, are you sure you are not in offline mode where you created the playlists?

yeah it's the right account i only have one.... and no theyre not on offline mode. it's frustrating how you can't contact spotify for a solution
