&lt;P&gt;If a standard reinstallation of the app didn't help, we'd recommend performing the steps under Clean reinstall on &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;. If that doesn't do the trick, you can try removing the app and installing it &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/download/" target="_blank"&gt;from our website&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I start spotify it displays a message called The specified&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;user does not have a valid profile.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;reinstalled spotify&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; but the same message displayed again and again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
