spotify not starting in windows 11

when I start spotify it displays a message called The specified user does not have a valid profile.

so I reinstalled spotify but the same message displayed again and again

If a standard reinstallation of the app didn't help, we'd recommend performing the steps under Clean reinstall on this page. If that doesn't do the trick, you can try removing the app and installing it from our website.
