Hi,

I have just upgraded to a Nokia Lumia 1020, I have a premium subscription but Spotify won't download any music to listen offline?

Also, when listening to music on wifi, it stops after one song, won't continue through the playlist?

Please help!

I've just moved your post into its own topic so we can do some troubleshooting. How much free storage space do you have on your phones internal memory (not your SD card)?

Thank you! The phone is brand new, 64GB so i have about 60GB free at the moment!

And that track is definitely a track from the Spotify catalogue not a local file from your computer?

Yup, my playlists are all from Spotify only. Should I have deleted the app from my iPhone first? Never thought about that...

It shouldn't make a difference, to rule that out being an issue, drop a reply onto this topic asking for your offline devices to be reset. A member of the community team will then remove all of the offline devices from your account (which means if you have any other offline devices you will unfortunately need to resync them too).
