We could not control the volume with the remote control. I checked SmartThings and it showed spotify was playing. Weird. We don't use spotify but have an account. We disconnected everything from spotify and thought it was a mistake maybe to do with spotify. <BR />This evening we were watching TV when the soundbar volume turned up and started to play someone else's spotify and again our remote did not work to change the volume.<BR />Has this happened to anyone else?
