Sorry to hear that the code has been damaged.

Still, it's worth giving it a shot at redeeming the code at https://spotify.com/redeem/. When entering it, note that a zero may look like a capital "O", or a capital "I" may like a one or a lowercase "L".

In case the code is unreadable, and you're unable to redeem it on your own, or you get an error message (which usually happens after 4 failed attempts), it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support to see if they can do something about this.
