does listening to the same song over and over use up bandwidth? or is the song already saved and it won't take up any data

On most platforms subsequent plays should be from the local spotify cache.

Hey there.

In Windows Phone Spotify play most songs from cache if you are played them before.

For no data, use Offline modus.
