Thanks for reaching out. I can confirm that all the music and podcasts that you listen to using speakers, does count towards your Wrapped and music recommendations, since you're connected to your Spotify account.

Streaming on Sonos speakers counts as well, but please note that for smart speakers, the steams will count for the Spotify account connected to the smart speaker.
