No puedo descargar mi música por limite de dispositivos, leí la solución de "eliminar contenido" pero no funcionó

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

You can have offline music saved on up to 5 devices. What you can do is log on to Spotify on one of your older devices and delete the Spotify app and disable all downloads on playlists you might have there.

On another note, we can confirm that if you don't go online at least once in 30 days on a specific device, your downloads will be removed automatically. If don't have access to your old devices anymore, you can just wait for the 30 days to pass.
