&lt;P&gt;Could you let us know which steps you've already tried so far? Does the issue only appear with Spotify?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already, please check if there aren't any pending firmware updates for the Soundbar.&lt;BR /&gt;I would also advise checking if you've followed the steps from the &lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201808/20180828101354970/HW-N950_ZC_FullManual_01_ENG_FRA_180809.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;user manual&lt;/A&gt; (pages 11 through 14) so that we're sure everything has been set up correctly and checking the TV audio settings to see if surround sound is enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;In case you see stereo as the selected option, the Soundbar may partially or completely not work.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updates to the devices, reinstalling the app, I unplugged the soundbar and plugged it back in. That was the solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
