Spotfy na smart TV esta travando apos anuncio

Spotfy plano basico. Apos anuncio ele trava e nao toca nenhuma musica. Ja reinstalei, ja atualizei e ja atualizei soft da TV. Para voltar a funcionar, é preciso sair do aplicativo e voltar, mesmo assim trava com anuncio.

nao resolveu

atualizei tudo que sugeriram, liguei para a Samsung, fizeram varios testes, veio tecnico da internet aqui e o problema nao resolve. na TV apos anuncio, trava tudo. e nao consigo falar com o Spotfy

We apologize for the late response; we just came across this post. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. @Sallys12, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the device on which you're having these inconveniences? We'd recommend checking if there is a pending firmware update. If yes, try updating the device and let us know how it goes.

We'd also recommend performing a reinstall of the app and then a soft reset on the device (turning it off and on). You can uninstall the app, reset the device, and then reinstall Spotify.

@Aniger77, would you mind sharing with us a video recording of what's happening on your side? You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public so we can watch it.

Lastly, just to confirm, has the app always been behaving like this, or does it start to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? Please send us the details about it.

Hello, the brand of my tv is TCL, model 43S615. Android 11 operating system. I've done what you asked and still with the same error.

Thanks for your reply.

In this case, we suggest that you unplug your TV from power > restart your router > plug your TV back to check if that makes the difference.

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if the same happens while using a different internet connection? You can try for example creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.

That happens to me too. I've also tried all the suggested solutions, but none of them worked.

It's been like this for about last 3 months. I'm giving up of enjoying the app.

On another note, we'd like to know what happens when you start the app. Are you able to start a playback? Do you receive any error messages? If so, please send us a screenshot of what you see. This way we can get a better understanding and advise you further.

Não. Já fiz todos os procedimentos que eles me passaram e mesmo assim o app continua travando após anúncio na tv. Creio que seja algum bug, e eles não resolvem o problema.

Estou tendo o mesmo problema. O app funciona normalmente até chegar a uma propaganda, é como se não finalizasse o anúncio e o app fica bloqueado. E fica aparecendo “ tocando agora advertisement Spotify “ Pra funcionar tem que sair do app e voltar . Tenho uma Sansung 4K modelo UN40NU7100 ela sempre funcionou mas nos últimos meses está acontecendo isso. Já testei reinstalar o app e reiniciar a internet e nada resolveu. Minha internet é Oi fibra 400mb. E Spotify funciona normalmente no meu celular e computador. O problema está no app da tv que fica preso no anúncio. Tenho certeza que se pagar pra não ter anunciado o problema some, mas hoje não estou disposto a voltar pro plano pago Caso queiram estou a disposição para mais informações

Comigo esta acontecendo o mesmo problema só que estou usando spotify no PS5 e já vaz 6 meses, as vezes passa 1 ou ate dois anuncios e na terceira vez ele trava no final do anuncio e só volta se fecha o app

Estou enfrentando um problema semelhante. O aplicativo funciona perfeitamente até que uma propaganda seja reproduzida. Parece que a propaganda não é concluída e o aplicativo fica bloqueado. A mensagem "tocando agora advertisement Spotify" continua aparecendo. Para que o aplicativo volte a funcionar, eu preciso sair dele e abrir novamente. Tenho uma TV Samsung 4K, que sempre funcionou bem, mas nos últimos meses tenho enfrentado esse problema. Já tentei reinstalar o aplicativo e reiniciar a conexão com a internet, mas nada resolveu. O Spotify funciona normalmente no meu celular e computador. O problema está no aplicativo da TV, que fica travado na propaganda.

Galera, isso é bug pra induzir o usuário a seguir com a assinatura. Não tem solução, visto que estamos ouvindo de graça.

Também estou com o mesmo problema na tv e no tv box com o mesmo problema já fiz o teste em outros dois televisores de outras mascas Samsung Philco e AOC não adianta mesmo problemas em todas o problema está no sistema da Spotify mais na verdade não é problema isso só acontece após anúncio visto que na conta paga não tem anúncio então querem nos forçar a mudar para conta paga pois se fosse um problema já teriam resolvido pois já tem vários meses assim eles não iam levar tanto tempo pra resolver. Estou usando o Deezer que por enquanto não tá travando na conta gratuita.
