Too bad, no subject on an equalizer worthy of the name (10 bands and dB scale). I don't see any evolution on the audio quality either, you're lagging behind your competitors at this level (FLAC / MQA).

Your positioning is clearly the mass market, it's a pity that you are forgetting the young audiophiles who are looking for a solution as fresh as yours, but with audio tuning possibilities and audio quality at a HI-FI level.

And in addition to that, you are ignoring a huge part the mass market as well. Still no AirPlay 2 after more than 3 years (!), using AirPlay 1 is a horror, especially with multiroom.

Also it would be a huge fail and loss for you if you don‘t enable native HomePod support before the release of the mini – they are sold in huge numbers, and you don‘t have much time left to prevent a LOT of people choosing Apple Music over Spotify and even a lot of existing users leaving Spotify because of your ignorance.

Out of all these ideas, Spotify hasn't even considered buffing their security by using 2FA. It isn't hard to implement and this company certainly has the money to make their customer feel a bit more secure by adding SECURITY! People have been able to reset passwords because there's no wall that prevents them which 2FA does. But NOOOO, let's continue with the "good" ideas like freaking popout players and offline music for watches and extra sprinkles that can done later and ignore actual security.

Like WHY? Why should I continue to pay for this service when my account has no security? I liked Spotify but now it's just like I'm paying to get robbed. You can't even know what devices and where it logged in as like a history to make sure that those who logged in are actually your devices or your families. Should my only security be changing my passwords per month? Rely on third party software to keep track on passwords for supposedly premium service? What happens when someone hijacks my account again and again because no matter how scrambled passwords can be, the longer you take to up security, the more improved tools hackers will have.

Bump up the 2FA because I guarantee you will see an increase in hacked accounts or notification of people resetting passwords complaints. Like really, it's been suggested so long ago with at least 5000+ in votes, been UNDER CONSIDERATION since 2018! 😠

I've been a premium user for a couple of years now. Have you guys made any improvements to the product? Basic asks seem to be either taken under advisement or outright dismissed. User experience is awful... wish you wouldn't hang your laurels that it's still better than Apple and make some tweeks.

I agree with @toppentjejen – a block feature is more than due, the comments on the [Social] Block Followers idea are heartbreaking to read and I can connect to so many of them. I love to use the feature to show my listening activity but it creeps me out that there are some followers I really don't want to give the feeling of being connected to me in any kind of way. It should be my choice who's allowed to follow me/my activity.

Fix the bugs concerning the folder structure. Android app is hardly usable without.

I am a new premium user, after being a Google Play Music user for years.

I've been using the Win10 app, and it's an aggravating experience. The player keeps shuffling songs, and "shuffle" is turned off. Music sorting is a disorganized mess, and music sorting on the web player is non-existent. It's surprising to me that you would charge $10/month for such a poor customer experience. Shameful.

When are you all going to finally add the ability to listen to lossless audio codecs like FLAC WAV etc etc. cmon this should be automatic for a music listening app. I see no reason to use spotify over any other player that reads lossless audio codecs.

We have almost 4x the required votes, and it hasnt made it to any consideration yet. We want to be able to use spotify comfortably while gaming and a lot of us are looking for an alternative to spotify since nothing is happening.. you removed a useful feature for no reason.

Last app update is very bad. Interface become not comfortable. New songs in playlist adds at begin, and i can not even fix that and return to "add in the end". Some fo my files on computer become unavailable. FIX THAT PLEASE. especially where new tracks adds in playlist

Spotify Ideas is a way for Spotify to appear like they listen to customer feedback when it has been clear for many years that they are determined to follow their own agenda and only cherry pick the "ideas" that align with that agenda. Meanwhile, YouTube Premium has gotten better and it's a no brainer to switch platforms. Eventually people will catch on to this fact.

La nueva actualización en el ordenador ha empeorado la aplicación. Aparece demasiada información. Cuando añades canciones a playlists que ya tenías, se añaden al principio en vez de al final como siempre, y a pesar de que las ordene por la fecha en las que las he ido añadiendo cuando te vuelves a meter en la playlist se vuelve a desordenar. También en la parte en la que se ve tu lista de playlists aparece muy pequeño, solo se pueden ver 2 playlists. Además de que cuando vas hacia atrás, la playlist aparece al principio y no por la canción que estas escuchando.

Legally there is a right to be forgotten in the EU. There is no way to delete your listening history data and start afresh with the Spotify algorithm. I've had Spotify for circa 10 years and my music tastes have become much more diverse. Unfortunately, this previous history always biases my new found music tastes.

This is

A) A legal issue that you could be caught on.

B) I can't listen to the same music anymore. I want to use the full capacity of the platform to discover new music and not hear the same tunes.

As a loyal user of this platform since it was free I would love to help you guys further.
