The more I think about it, the more it's becoming my top highlight of Stream On.

I'm actually not very good at distinguishing the genres I like so I honestly would love to see the tailored mixes easily defined like this. I think it'll help me find out what I enjoy the most and explore way more music. Great news!

for the new daily mix. every day the updates to be other songs similar with not liked song or not.

Awesome, I actually had something like this for a while; I guess it was in testing at the time. I'm glad to know we'll all be getting this! The algorithm based stuff Spotify does is one of my very favorite things about the platform.

I hope it does improve based on what you like and possibly even an option to exclude songs-artists-genres because more and more Spotify is moving from the idea “for the users” to “whatever our sponsors want us to play”.

I trust it improves dependent on what you like and perhaps even an alternative to prohibit melodies craftsmen sorts since increasingly more is moving from the thought "for the clients" to "whatever our backers need us to play".

Nice, they just showed up for me too! They aren't on my home tab yet (still shows regular daily mixes), but I happened to go to the Made for You section and there they all were. So excited!

Got mine yesterday. Interesting and always nice to get some little new features and additions. I've already like the daily mixes and all these new ones (Genre, Artist and Decade) are just one great addition which bring welcome new fresh taste and way to explore something, when and if you don't know what to listen to next.

So, these all are daily updated and they are all unique to my listening? I get the feeling that eventhought here are couple, hundred or thousand people following the same mix, each mix is only like meaning that all the people following it are in the "same room" but all the songs are uniquely mixed and personalized based on my listens and likes, as curated to me by the algorithmn.

So I just got these yesterday evening. Started listening to them today - a nice addition. Big thumbs up.

Sadly, I also noticed an update was available. After clicking on it, it seems I now have the updated UI (which *sucks* great big fat moose b*lls, but that's a rant for another thread).

THE NEW DAILY MIXES DO NOT SHOW UP USING THE NEW UI!!!!

Seriously, wth!

One very narked customer. You can and should do better.

Hi guys, I just updated my Spotify to the most recent update and I can no longer find the 'Metal Mix, 'Indie Mix', 'R&B Mix' etc. that Spotify had added recently. Those playlists were really cool to listen to and I'm not sure how to find them with this new update. Does anyone know where those playlists are?

Edit to my previous post: I finally found the mixes! Go to 'Search' and then click 'Made for you'. Took me a million years to find lol

Thanks nosleepclub; found mine lurking there, several clicks down as you say.

Obviously the Spotify devs think hiding them away like that rather than in the "Made for <name>" section of the Home page is an improvement, at least for the inhabitants of their own weird planet.

Meanwhile, those of us on planet Earth with any sense should avoid the new UI at all costs.
