My Question or Issue

So basically, Im working on my app where users can see their statistics, search for a songs etc. Everything worked fine. I started working on playlists creation, where user can create playlist with their top songs. Suddenly whole API stopped working and Im getting 429 error - Too many requests. It happened to me before, but it lasted only few seconds like that. Now it lasted like 1 hour and still getting same error. I even returned everything in my code how it was before (when it worked), but unfortunately, that doesn't fix anything. Not sure what to do now.
Im using Spotify-web-api-js for API access (https://github.com/JMPerez/spotify-web-api-js)

I'm having a similar issue. I'm writing a python scraper in jupyter notebook that goes through an artist's albums, tracks, and collects the audio feature and using that to practice music analysis. Earlier this week my scraper was working just fine. Now, my function is taking infinity time to run --- I'm not getting any errors in my notebook, but the scraper just won't finish running.
