Scope extension request

Hi,

We asked for a scope extension ('app-remote-control') for our app few days ago.

Since then we are not able to see the status of the request, and now the link to send another request seems to be missing in the developer dashboard.

How can we know when the request will be processed and rejected/approved?

Will we receive a notification via email?

Right now (in the developer dashboard) they made available again the link for the extension requests saying that they will evaluate our request as soon as possible...fingers crossed!

When did you submit your request?

Hi Alvaron, unfortunately we are still waiting for the response on the scope extension request.

One month ago they said that they were assessing our use case together with other departments, but since then we have not received any news.

We kindly ask you whether we can do something (i.e. withdraw and resubmit the request or provide somehow additional information on our app) to speed up the evaluation process.
