    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;recently my App stopped working, after investigating I discovered that none of my requests towards Spotify are answered anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not even a plain GET to spotify.com or a ping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to me my servers IP has been completely blocked somehow?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My App has been working fine for a few months before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Dashboard does not say anything about a block or ban.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can do about this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Germany&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem on my side, but as a user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connect through my company VPN and haven’t been able to listen to Spotify today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It simply doesn’t connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see this issue with Scaleway provider and Hetzner too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t know when it started exactly as I haven’t use Spotify the last few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI, the issue was not Spotify direct fault but the fact that they use a shared IP (35.186.224.25) and that this IP has a low reputation and was blocked by our firewall:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;$ host spotify.com&lt;BR /&gt;spotify.com has address 35.186.224.25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/35.186.224.25" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/35.186.224.25&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adrien&lt;/P&gt;</description>
