Control multiple Spotify Accounts with one Application

Hello! I have the following problem. I would like to control several Spotify accounts with just 1 application. I've come this far. I made it so that when you click on a link, you have to register and agree, and then you are directed to my website, with a code like "https://myside.com/code=21313". From this code I got the Refresh & Access Token. But when I try to control the Spotify account with it, it only works if I verify myself (because it is probably my application), if a friend clicks on it, it doesn't work. Do I have to somehow add my friends so that I can control them with my Application Client ID & Secret?

And does anyone even understand my problem?
