Clarifying developer guidelines on creating items using playlist data

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I have been reading through the developer guidelines and policies on the Spotify developer site and wanted to clarify whether or not an idea violates the rules:

If I built an app that allowed a user to select a playlist of theirs, would I be authorized to use that playlist data (artist names for example) to make a poster or tshirt? The only data used would be names, so no images or anything like that.

I saw this listed out in the community tips but didn’t know how this would be categorized when it comes to metadata:

“Not Allowed: Selling hoodies or merchandise featuring artwork or metadata that you obtained using our developer tools”
