Search issue with market

Steps

The target is find track "MØ - Blur"

1. On Spotify Web Site for desktop as a regular user: type "m blur" in search field and first result is target. Play is available.

2. On Spotify Dev Console create the next request in search example and target no found

https://api.spotify.com/v1/search?q=m+blur&type=track&limit=50&offset=0

3. Again dev console, add my market FR. Target no found.

https://api.spotify.com/v1/search?q=m+blur&type=track&market=FR&limit=50&offset=0

4. Again dev console, add market US or ES or DE. Target found. Play is available.

https://api.spotify.com/v1/search?q=m+blur&type=track&market=ES&limit=50&offset=0

Questions

Why on web site and on dev console with market different from user I get the target track (with play available) and the same time without market or with user market target no found?

Which request I need to do in order to find the target track when request source is android app and I know only user country from profile?
