Hello, I'm a developer building a web application using Spotify's API. We're at the stage of integrating monetization and I'm hoping to find the appropriate team to reach out to or process to follow in order to ensure we're compliant with the developer policy/terms.

Hey Prague, these guidelines aren't super clear (I see our use case fitting into a grey area and I'd rather not say more here) and I'd really like to avoid moving forward with anything before knowing I was in full compliance with Spotify's policy. Is there anyone I can reach out to about this?

It’s doggone wonderful to hear from you so soon alexswear!
To my knowledge there is no means of contact until partner approval, then a help desk becomes available through Certomato. If rules have to be bent or broken, chances are slim. Air on the side of caution, make adjustments to better conform your application to their standards.
