My Question or Issue

I've been searching for a way to quickly and easily start a jam and share the link/qr code with car passengers. My first thought was to create a siri shortcut to copy the link from spotify and share it via airdrop to contacts only (I only drive my family and friends). My second idea after researching this and not sure if it's possible but to develop a Carplay app with the sole purpose of starting and displaying a qr code on my car's head unit that links to my jam using the ios SDK. I don't know how to do either of these but I am throwing it out here for those with more experience to see if this is possible.
