Spotify passthrough partner.

I offer podcast distribution platforms like "Omny Studio" and "Libsyn" in Japan.
When listeners listen to content on Spotify, it is delivered from Spotify's cache servers, not to our system.
I heard that if you become a "passthrough partner" of Spotify, you can make it be delivered from our system, but I would like to know if anyone has any information on how to do that.
