Web API results not enough playlists

I'm creating a web application that uses the Spotify API and since a week or two I'm noticing weird behaviour on the api.spotify.com/v1/me/playlists call.

The used query is ?limit=50&offset=0 and I'm only getting 49 results the first time I run it.

I did some tests and I can run it with a limit up to 41 to get the correct number of results, if I run it with 42, I'm getting one less result, so was a specific playlist deleted and does it still count for the limit?

And another (probably related?) weird thing is that the last item of the first page (offset=0) is also the first item of the second page (offset=50), which means I'm fetching duplicate results.
