You cannot search or browse for it, but you can access it with the Get Playtlist API if you have its URI.

You can get the URI from the UI with (three dots)->Share->Copy Spotify URI.

This is the case for all of your special playlists (Daily Mix, Discover Weekly)

Is it possible to access the new Time Capsule playlist through the Web API? I do not see it listed under the /browse endpoints or the user's playlists at /me/playlists.

Thanks,
Nick

Cheers for confirming. It'd be nice if they could make a new category for these personalised playlists, similar to what they already have for toplists. I've since found the simplest way is to instruct users to "follow" their Time Capsule playlist (likewise for the others you mention) and then you get them through /me/playlists like normal.
